Information collected automatically
We collect basic service, device, and security information, including timestamps, browser or app type, approximate network information, feature activity, error diagnostics, and usage totals. We use this information to operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
Website visitors and lead forms
When a website owner enables or uses SiteLauncher Lead Concierge, forms on that website may send SiteLauncher information a visitor chooses to submit, such as a name, email address, phone number, message, requested service, source page, and related form fields. We process this information for the website owner so they can view, organize, and follow up on inquiries. We also process limited network and browser signals to prevent spam and abuse. Website owners are responsible for their own visitor-facing notices, lawful basis, consent choices, responses, exports, and deletion obligations.
AI processing
Prompts and relevant project content may be sent to contracted AI service providers to generate or revise your site. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your project. We configure providers and limit shared context according to the feature you request.
Payments and connected services
Payment processors handle payment-card information. SiteLauncher receives transaction and subscription status, not complete card numbers. If you connect hosting, domain, commerce, email, or app-store accounts, we process the credentials and identifiers needed to perform the requested operation. Sensitive credentials are encrypted or held by the connected provider.

We retain account, project, and Lead Concierge information while the associated account is active and as needed to provide the service. Some security, transaction, and legal records may be kept longer. You can edit project content and manage lead records in SiteLauncher, and contact support about access, correction, export, or deletion requests.
Security and international processing
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.
Children
SiteLauncher is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
